Default Stall size?

I drive a 95 z28 with midlength headers, ory, magnaflow catback, and a cai. I was wondering what size stall I should get. I was thinking a 3000-3200 because it is my dd. Some people say it is too much for a car that is not heavily modded and others say it is not enough. What do ya'll think?

2800 to 3200 for a bolt on LT1. I think LT1 peak torque comes on sooner than an LS1.

3000-3200 will be night and day better than a stocker. It will drive comfortably. If you ever add more power with heads/cam changes or maybe 100-150 more with nitrous, it will still work well. Goodluck!

Thanks guys. I was just trying to get some ideas on a good stall for my car. I plan on doing heads and cam eventually but for right now i've decided on a 3000 stall.
