Stall Jerk
Who has a stall converter and when the car shifts gears the car jerks?
I thought this was normal but i was told its not.
Does this mean that i need to get my stall tuned or whats going on, and also i get 13.8 miles to the gallon so im thinking the untuned stall might be causing most of the mpg loss.
If not please let me know what yalls ideas are.

No im talking about just anytime driving city or highway it jerks into each gear.
I thought that was just normal so i haven't worried about it until now.
Now im starting to think if its not the stall then what could it be?

its not the trannys fault that ur MPG sucks......in town with a stall ur gas mileage will go down, but if u have a lock up type converter then on the highway there should be no change from a stock converter.

Like he said you have a stall . Your hwy milage depending on the other mods should not be affected by it but your around town milage will suffer considerably its the price you pay for all that go.
A shift kit firms up clutch engagement for performance drivng and to increase duarbility in a performance car. This is not a luxury car you have bought its a performance car , Gas milage and comfort are considered secondary issues here.

Its another way of controlling presure in fact in the TRANSGO modulation instructions it says may cause harsh part throttle shifts. The shift kit and how it was set up is more important, How much acumulation restriction and feed hole sizes. Presure settings
