Default 4L60-e, 4L60e? Difference? Bellhousing difference? HELP!

Hey Everyone.

Im knee deep ina 5.3L Swap into my iroc.

Im going to grab a transmission from a 99 Astro Van. Im told is a 4L60-e. What is the difference?

Will this bolt up to my 5.3L motor?
I know i need to change the tailshaft housing, will the 700R4 tailshaft housings bolt up?

All help is GREATLY appreciated.

No it will not work the bellhousing is different but thees more the input shaft and the pump stator are also different , And a converter made for and ls1 like the 5.3 will not fit the trans,
