Can you buy a new 4l80e direct drum at GM dealerships?

Yes but you can buy them in like new condition at a transmission hardparts supplier if you know of one.

I work at a dealership.. If your bought it it would be high as hell.. I would get a good used one...

Yes very good to deal with. They have distribution centers also to get parts to you faster, depending on where you live. EDIT, I see where you live, still I've been doing business with them for over 8 years now without one problem.
