Default what tranny cooler do you run?

I currently have a B&M (no fan) but I was thinking of switching to a cooler that has a fan mounted on it. Anyone know if that would actually help more, I would assume so but just looking for opinions. Thanks.

I use a Perma Cool with a big fan on it. 900 CFM to be exact. It works like a champ and the fan comes on automatically at 150 degrees.

Personally, I would just mount a thermostat controlled fan on the one you have, if you want a fan.

I run a B&M 24K mounted dope style and a Hayden mounted on the AC condenser. With the ST3500, the B&M was enough. When I added the SS4000, I had to add the Hayden.

i got the big 28k bm. i know its overkill for my trans, but the way i see it these trannies need all the help they can get and this was all they had in stock. i put mine under the front bumper and it gets plenty of air, ill take a pic later

I have the b&m 24k now but plan to upgrade very soon. Temps get too high for my current trans & converter setup. Bigger the better.

well I need a bigger one for sure, I have a 4L80E and a 4000 stall, I was thinking the fan would help A LOT.
