Default stripped bolt for the TC

ok i did some reading and saw im not the only one to strip a TC bolt that goes to the flywheel but i was drilling it out and my bit went dull on my so i was wondering if anyone can recommend any good drill bits where that wont happen also is this the easiest way to get the bolts off or does anyone have any better ideas im open for anything thanks a lot

my best bet would be a dremel tool with a grinding bit on the end.cut it off

The drill will be 500 times faster than a demel.

yeah thats what i was thinkin but the bad thing is im snowed in right now cuz i live in indiana and we just got all kinds of snow so i cant get out in get a bit so my project is at a dead stop
