4l60e with a carbed motor? ok my dad has a question he has a 95 truck with a built 383 with a carb, he put a th400 in and the truck origanlly came with a 4l60e he now wants to put the original trans back but he wants to know if he has to run a trans computer or if can rig up the original comupter which is still in the truck and can make it work?

i dont think that original motor came with a maf sensor i think it only had a map sensor and a throttle pos. sensor, the original motor was a throttle body injection the one with two injectors in the throttle body.
