shifter stroke same or diff ?? i am in need of a shifter for my powerglide and want to get a b&m pro ratchet shifter
my question is since i may have to change to turbo 400 if the glide does't workout can i use a 3 speed shifter on a 2 speed trans ?
is the stroke when i pull the lever the same from P-R-N-3-2-1 for the 3 speed and P-R-N-2-1 for the 2 speed ?
hope someone understands what i am asking?
