does anyone here run Trick Shift tranny fluid or synthetic?

Some will say yes others will say no. I personally feel that regular dexIII is just fine and have been using it for years. I believe there is another thread that has been going for a long time on this very same subject.

I have also been looking for what fluid to use. I see there is dextro III e, H, and others. Whats the difference? Does the fliud have to be strictly dex III ?
