which is lighter t56 and 400 and 400and 4l60e
will 4l60e hold up , it said 800hp 2 yr wrty

A T-56 is lighter than a TH400. And a 4L60E is lighter than a TH400.

However, the TH400 is by far the stronger unit. As far as a 4L60E holding 800H/P. I would be a bit skeptical of it doing that long term. No doubt it can be built to take that punishment, but the design of the unit will proved for limitations. I would not take one much over 700 hp and expect it to survive for years to come. It will need to be removed and freshened up fairly often.

The 400 will handle that for a very long time to come.
