Default How much did your converter weigh?

I have my trans out at the moment and decided to weigh the tank of a converter I have in my car.

41 lbs!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Think it would go quicker with a lighter one?

It is a TCS 3800 ish, will stall 2700 on the footbrake. Has a billet steel anti ballon plate and multi disc lockup clutch.

I think when I got my 4400, it was at least half the weight of the stocker, it's a 9.5" though (245mm?). It's tiny compared to the stock one too. My yank i had before that was the same size also.
