Default new trans is shuttering in overdrive

my new performabuilt lvl 2 is in i drove it today to make sure it was working ok all is fine except when in overdrive and locked up i push on the gas and i feel and here it shutter the car has a yank 4000 stall converter i hope i am not killing another tranny the noise is less than a second

You need to determine if lockup is still on when you do that, Try ligtly applying the brake to disengage lockup with one foot while accelerating with the other and see what happened sounds like its shuttering as lockup clutch is disengaging on acceleration

yes lock up is ingaged when it does it other than that the trans works awesome i am very happy with both my purchases from performabuilt and will recamend performabuilt to any one who needs a transmision thanks jason from iowa

Based on what your saying I would say its a little converter clutch chatter on engage disengage I would give it a little while and watch if it gets worse,
