Default flywheel torque specs

I am about to bolt my flywheel onto my new motor. I did some searching and all I could find was for a manual trans car, mine is an automatic.

Can anyone confirm that it is indeed 74-75 ft/lbs for the flywheel to the crankshaft?

I also believe the torque converter to flywheel is 45 ft/lbs ?
