Default Clunk

Re 98 A4 LS1 Camaro

I have a clunk when shifting up from 2nd to 3rd under light load. It does not occure at any other shifts/gears.

The motor mounts, trany mount, differential (rebuilt), universals joints and tail shaft bushing/seal are new or recent.

Anyideas whay it could be? Could it be inside the tranny? Also, I have a BMR torque arm and torque arm relocation kit. Could that setup be making the noise?

It is possibly the 2-4 band is releasing just before the 3-4 clutch applies causing momentary drive train slack creating and clunk I hae seen this before after a shift kit install. Does not really hurt any thing though
