Default 4L60E: lost shifting, only park ok

Hello
I was driving normal, and suddenly, the engine hit hi rev limiter, and no motion at all.
Camaro 99 LS1.
Engine runs ok, but no shift at all.
We change the tranny and converter : same thing
We change ECM : same thing
It looks like an electric failure or have some body got an idea ?
Thanks to help me

maybe the rear end? try seeing if the driveshaft turns when you got it in drive. problem should of been solved with new tranny. maybe another faulty tranny?

and electrical failure will not keep the trans from moving the car. Also how much fluid did you put in the replacement trans?

We put back my oem trans and converter.
The converter was full dexIII and we add 6 liters.
