Th400 hold 2nd gear no down shift mod?

Th400 hold 2nd gear no down shift mod? Can a Stock Th400 valvebody be modified so it can start in 2nd gear, like a 2nd gear burnout but not down shift to 1st gear?
Id like keep normal automatic shifting for 3rd gear, when in 3rd it would up and down shift like a stock automatic.
The C6 I think does exactly what I want my th400 to do.
Ive found instrucitons on how to make a full manual but thats not what I want for my applicaiton.
I found some diagrams and pics to help identify sections of the valvebody.

You would have to figure out how to keep line pressure from acting on the 1-2 shift valve in manual 2nd range but still have it going to low in the 1st position and going to the shift valve in Drive.
It's not a common deal or there would be VB's advertised to do it.
I could look at it but have too many other projects that need the attention right now.
