Another Tranny Cooler question

Another Tranny Cooler question So i have done my searching but havent been able to find the answer to what i was looking for. This is the only thread i found helpful, but didn't answer my question.

So does a tranny cooler with a higher BTU cool any better? Because if everyone is running a 24000 GVW b&m cooler which is only 14400 BTU, why isn't anyone running a bigger cooler since b&m has a cooler up to 29200 BTU? I'm assuming the a higher BTU gives a higher GVW number? Or am i mixing something up? please help lol.
