Default high stall converter is awesome

I got my new high stall converter in yesterday and I have to say I was not expecting the amazing difference in acceleration as well as how hard its pulling up top. Before the stall the car just didn't feel very fast since I put the drag radials on I could only get a 2.1 60ft time after the stall I can tell I took more than a couple tenths off the 60ft. I could feel the way the car was slipping and then would just go hard when I barely stepped on the gas but at the stoplight where I really gave it hell I was shocked to find the car have so much power I spun the DR's and put the car sideways with a very light power brake launch. I ordered a 4400 stall but it seems to just jump right to 4800 if I mash the gas real hard so I'm not sure what I really got but it seems to do the job.

Who did you order it from? It's definitely a great feeling though.

I got it from weber racing engines for $450 shipped its a ptc I didn't want to go with one of the high dollar ones cause I know I'm going to have to get a 4l80 or th400 eventually.
