Did a t400 swap and motor now the car will not start.

Did a t400 swap and motor now the car will not start. I tried starting my car and it cranks over but there is no fire to the coil packs. I dont have my car flashed yet so I had to hook up my old shifter beside my new one with that blk flat piece to get it started.
any ideas
