Camaro SS outperforms Vette on the dyno I thought this would be an interesting article to share with you fellow car enthusiast. According to Hennessey the 2016 Camaro SS actually produced more than 20 RWHP than the Corvette Stingray.

The Hennessey one basically means nothing. They weren't dynoed the same year, let alone the same day.
The second one is much more realistic. Same thing happened with the C5 and 4th gens, though that was the SRA vs IRS. Hard to say what makes the difference between the C7 and 6th gen.
