106 Million in assets and 243 in debt.... Sounds like my bank account!

At least it sounds like they have support in re-organizing.

Don't see how they got that far behind but IMO they didn't invest enough in late model stuff. None of the "old" performance companies do. I just don't see how a company with such strong holdings in the carb market could lose money that bad.

What did they make for ls motors? Tbs? Nitrous kits? Intake for carb? I'm sure there is more but that is all I can pull off my head.

Man everyone had these carbs. I even thoght they were tied into Ford.
Don't know the current history. How they changed when cars became fuel injection. Lots of companies run on a negative balance sheet. I think there will be similar big named companies going down.

Eveything should be done and taken care of within a month. They are a Supplier to where i work and nothing has changed as far as supply or anything.
They did sell off Lunati though.
