Hey guys, hoping I can find some answers here

My clutch sort of sticks half way up, never to the floor but seems to have a hard time returning to position after depression. It will pop up eventually but seems to be getting stuck half way up.

Also, after sitting for a few days or on really cold days it has a hard time going into any gear, hardest being Reverse.

Is the cluch on it's way out? Spring broken? Should I start with fluids?

deff start by flushing the fluids if u havent done so..clutch, trans and diff... first time i changed mine they were all shot.. start there
