Default Correct valve seals?

Not getting a cam anytime soon and have new stock valve springs laying around so I thought I would do some easy maintenance. Are these correct or do I need the ones with the hats?

I wouldn't bother changing them. The stock ones go forever

its not worth it man unless your having some sort of driveability issue. only time i have ever touched valve springs in an ls6 is when doing a cam.
