along with new UCC bushings, not quite "S2000" good but close. The kit comes with all needed "extra" tools (tap n punch ect) and exhaust gaskets if for some reason you want a 2 hour job tops to take 5 and decide to drop the exhaust/drive shaft... Instead of those I would of rather had new/different white bushing that go in the base of the shifter but over all I'm very pleased! Topped it off with a V2 suede shift **** and that alone was a huge improvement in look and feel. The down side is now every other POS soft mushy bushing/mount makes it self even more known and begs for replacement. Thanks to who ever made this install faq it was a great help!
