Creative Steel customer service ROCKS! :)
Hey Guys,
I just wanted to share a quick story about my recent experience with Creative Steel.
As some of you may or may not know, I recently bought a heavily modified 04 CTS-V on here. Well, I have been driving it daily, working on the tune, autocrossing it, and all around beating the snot out of it. I've been having a ball! I used up the tires and the last autoX broke one of the Creative Steel engine mounts that was on it.
So, without much hope of anything coming of it, I shot Kristie at Creative Steel an email about my situation. I told her I just bought the car, had their mounts, using the car hard, blah, blah, blah and one of the mounts failed, and though I wasn't the original purchaser and had no hope of a warranty, I wondered what she could do for me...
She totally came through. She gave me a HUGE discount on a new and improved set of mounts. Not only that, but she was very pleasant and helpful over both email and phone calls. She handled things in a very professional and expedient manner. From my first email, to the mounts in my hands (3/4 of the way across the country, no less!) was about 4 business days. Wow. I am thoroughly impressed with their operation. A+!
Oh, and did I mention that I wasn't the original purchaser and they STILL took care of me? Now THAT's customer service!
Thanks Kristie, and thank you Creative Steel for standing behind your product!

so that's where Mr. Crovo ended up after selling the Impala...traitor...
J/k, I got a V too lol. Needed something to complimnet the Impala. I'm going with CS for alot of stuff while I'm out here in Afghanistan, as I've heard nothing but good things about them.

I'm letting my brother use my Impala & the ****** keeps killing batteries so they won't even take a charge. We're talking brand new Interstates. I'm hoping it's something minor.
Also, I need some headers/cats for it.
TMT: you hear from a friend that I ran into on a game playing forum. I posted pics of my V & this guy chimes in saying "a friend just bought one, aka toomanytoyz". LOL, fricken small world.
