Someone sell me or trade me your black wheels... Still looking for some black wheels for the V. Powdercoated gloss or satin black stockers or some team dynamic staggered 19's. Or hell... Anything else satin or gloss black that would look nice on the car. Figured I'd post here before going through the process of pulling my wheels and having the minor rash fixed on the two wheels that have a little rash (from previous owner) and coating them myself. If plastidip had a more glossy finish and held up better, I'd just do that but I want something more glossy and more durable.
I have the black chrome v wheels in the classifieds that are rash free and the silver stockers on my car I'd be willing to trade or sell outright if someone wants either of them. We can discuss price depending on the deal but whatever black wheels I get must be perfect and rash free.
I know someone has some black wheels they wanna let go of!!

I'll take partial trade of good condition (no rash) stock silver V wheels plus $400 cash and we both pay our own shipping for the black chrome set if anyone is interested. That's a firm price but thought it might help to post what I had in mind if I were to trade them. If u have coated black wheels, possibly straight trade if they are absolutely perfect.

Hahaha! Buy another V man! And I haven't bolted em up completely. Just mocked them up beside it but I just think they are more of a chrome finish than I'm looking for considering the rest of the stuff I've done to the car already. I may try them though. Just figured if I could find a trade for some gloss or satin black stockers and maybe a little cash i'd be happy. Or the silver stockers and $400 and I'd just coat em myself. Who knows... I have ADD when it comes to car decisions. Lol

Hahaha smartass. Although I really do think those wheels look good in black, I hate that they are only 8" wide. Looking for stock size or bigger... Lol

I'm not 100% opposed to that but plastidip isn't a very durable coating. I know it can be touched up but the finish is more flat than I'd like from what I've seen. However, I hear they have a "glossifier" product that can make it more glossy. I may try that. I just know plastidip tends to pick up road debris that sticks to the finish over time and although it's not noticeable unless you're looking up close, it's there.

Hmmm... Maybe I will try that...
Just figured I'd be better off getting the value difference out of these which will pretty much cover powdercoating cost of the silver wheels. Then it's a durable coating I'll never have to mess with.
