do some searching and see the pros and cons of all the popular ones then make a decision. there are a ton of posts regarding CS, revshift, umi, etc.

To summarize, they're probably the strongest poly-formed mount, but they transmit a little more vibration than the revshifts. The UMI's are the strongest, but transmit vibrations too. Another member on here is developing a mount similar to UMI and trying to reduce vibes with some rubber inserts instead of poly.
