Depends on the money you wanna spend... You could send the heads off and get them ported and polished, you could swap gears to 4:10s, brain Hurst shifter if it hasn't already been done.

Where are you located? It may help to have someone familiar with V1s take a look at it to see what other supporting mods it has. Bushings, mounts, shifter, flywheel/clutch, differential, etc. As you may know, these cars often require a lot of "mods" that fix problematic factory parts. I have a feeling a cammed 04 would have many of these things already done. Did the seller disclose any of that to you?
As far as go-fast goodies, I'll 2nd what Tuckin said. Heads to compliment that cam would be the best place to start. Then if you want to yank 5.0s every time, spray it. The empty spare tire well in the trunk is a good place to stash some bottles.

when I had my V1 with a Maggie and was putting down 480ish I would only pull on a bolt on 5.0 by a full car from a 40 roll. I say cheapest option is to spray it.
