How to lower fuel rail pressure

I'm using a fuel pump controller that reads IDC to vary the pump speed (slow it down). So far it is working well. Got it from "easy performance". I couldn't get their website to pull up to include a link.
Stock fuel lines/regulator, dual DW300 with 1 on a BAP. Fuel pressure stays around 58 at the rail. It isn't perfect but it's close.
I was trying to avoid screwing with the jet pump, and too lazy to plumb a return system.

The regulator has a spring in it, so the quicker you bleed off the backpressure the more constant the fuel rail pressure.
Yes i ran into an issue with fuel pressure at the rails bleedin off quickly, but my pressure isnt high anymore...
