Default Crank Relearn not possible

I used EFILIVE,

Parking brake applied,
car started and idling
ECT 85-95c
Brake pressure applied
connected to ecu
clicked on crank relearn

DVT FAULT

HP TUNER
same as above, but no action

Tech 2

Start engine and idle flashes all the time, and am unable to proceed

Does anyone have any thoughts?

My only suggestions - check with a known good crank sensor and double check the connections - you probably already did, right? Didn't you put a whole new harness in this car, am I thinking right?

Sorry if it's too obvious but: Crank sensor has been confirmed good? No adapter harnesses anywhere?

This is a bit extreme and probably not your issue, but years ago I had a new LS1 put in a C5 and it had the same issue. Turned out to be a scratch on the reluctor wheel.
