Default 2005 CTS-V Headlight washer removal

Hey guys, been doing a ton of work over the last month getting the old girl ready for the season. One of the few cosmetic things included putting the headlights on that I built for my old 3.6. They don't have the headlight washers on them, but no big deal, as I always thought they were a bit gimmicky and really just a waste of fluid (especially as I only drive the car on nice days).

The only way I saw online for peoples disabling of the system involved shoving a bolt in the hose and clamping it. Works, but looks terrible to me. So, I removed all the hoses and threw a vacuum cap on the line at the 3/8 barb on the reservoir. Also, obviously unplugged the pump for this system (we have separate pumps for our washer headlights and the windshield), and taped off the connectors. The pump is on the rear of the reservoir. The one for the windshield is on the front and has the level sensor piggy backed off it. Once you trace the hose, it's pretty obvious.

They are Eagle Eye ebay lights that I retrofitted with FX-R projectors. Then I threw the LED strip in for the hell of it haha.

Here is the build thread, on the other forum that used to be good.
