But ya itsslow is right on the custom cam. If you plan on boosting , talk to someone about a F.I. cam.

I think most blower cams have more duration on the exhaust than the cam you listed, so a 224 intake would have 230 or 232 exhaust. I can't explain why, but if you look at most vendors blower cams you will find there is generally a 6-8 degree difference between the intake and the exhaust.
I run a 224/232 on 114, and love it, but its the only cam I have ever ran in the car beside the stock ls6 cam. Not much to compare it to. From outside the car you can definitely hear that it has a cam, I get a lot of "what is in your cad?" comments. But from inside the car it is quiet and shakes very little even with the grey poly motor mounts.
