Passenger HID is blinking off and on. Any ideas whether it is a bulb or ballast?
Where is the cheapest place to get replacement bulbs?

There was a thread on the Caddy forums where someone adapted universal ballasts for the HID system and they worked just fine. He had a lot of pics and instructions on how he got it to work, too tired to search for it at the moment though.
