brake issue, looking for pointers on where to start

bringing this backup.....
I had a brake line leak last week that drained all the fluid from the M/C resevoir.
Is it required to run the ABS pump to remove all the air from the manifold? (seems that way from reading here)
I repaired the line however there is still air in the system. Admittingly I did not see that there are two bleeders on the caliper. I only bled from the outer bleeder at each caliper.
