Northern Indiana V sighting

Almost every weekday I see a black V heading north on US 31 south of south bend around 3:30 PM

Today I was in Bremen Indiana and seen another black V heading west on US 6
Anyone here know of these two cars in my area ?

The one on 31 has stock wheels. The one in Bremen has dark black wheels. I recently seen one headed west on 20 bypass then got off at Mishawaka north exit. I gave him the V sign and he cracked his exhaust then sped off.
