Default PCM location on the V1? and which temp sensor?

Is the pcm under the battery?

Also, does anyone know what temp sensor is in our car? rockauto has a AC Delco 2134514 and a AC Delco 2134333 listed. The second is double the price and has a white plastic female end rather than a black.

PCM is located in front of the left front tire, behind the driver fog light, directly under the air cleaner. The temp sensor is located on the front of the drivers side head.

If you don't know which sensor, call a GM parts department and give them the last 8 of your VIN.

Dont think it matters on the temp sensor. I replaced mine last year with an autozone equivalent.

Earlier this year I had cooling system codes daily, replaced thermostat and cooling temp sensor with ac delco from rock auto. I went with the cheaper one, works great.

Actually coolin system codes were caused by a broken open thermostat that the dealer did last year.

I took the pcm out today, wires appear fine. What is the other smaller box over by the driver side, under the hood, along side the main fuse box?

That's the tac (throttle actuator control) module.
