It looks like I had a pulley frag in my LR door, I pulled the panel off and I've got cable all spooled up in the bottom and the window won't roll up anymore. I suspect I just need to replace the motor and pulley, but to be real I HATE working on these sorts of things so any experience is welcome. Anyone have to replace this window assembly before?

I bought a cheap replacement regulator on amazon $36 reused the motor and followed this video. You can do it.

This^! I got mine off ebay for i think like 26$. Takes maybe an hour at best, easy peasy.
