Default Catch can location??

Where in the heck are you guys mounting your catch cans? This bay is tighter than the f-bodies and I want it to look clean. Can you guys share some pics?

On the passenger cylinder head. Not sure if you have that evap line/module coming off of the intake manifold, but I had to unbolt mine and zip tie it out of the way. There are two holes in the head that are M10x1.5 I believe...I'm going to be using the Speed Engineering can.

Thats the easiest location, though some of us relocated the batt to the back for more space. Mine is now where the batt use to be...

I mounted mine to the passenger radiator mount. I had to mill down part of the mount to get the bracket to work but it came out well. I'll take a couple pics when I get it back from the body shop this coming weekend (hopefully)

There's a fair amount of room off the passenger side head where there's a 18mm? bolt with a clip holding some wiring. A bracket could pretty easily be mounted and hung in that location.

Yep, it LOOKS like the bracket that comes with it puts it there. It's where it was on my cammed LS3 in my 98Z. So many complained about the size and weight of the old f-bod but there was a surprising amount of work room under the hood compared to these fantastic but tight gen 1 Vs. Here is the can I bought, should be sufficient to keep it clean for daily driver duty. http://www.ebay.com/itm/361312374599?_trksid=p2057872.m2749.l2649&ssPageName=STRK%3AMEBIDX%3AIT

Not sure if you noticed, but that's Speed Engineering. You'll want to invest in some sort of mesh element to help catch the oil. Higher quality cans already come with something inside to help catch oil, but this one is completely empty inside. I went with a copper dish scrubber. Should do the trick.
