they sell them at auto zone, kragen/o'riely, and pretty much any auto parts store, they are in the HELP! section, if you know what im talking about. They aren't even behind the counter, they are in a aisle. The guys at the parts store referred to them as pop tabs.

Thank God someone already asked this question! I was having a hell of a time finding these at Rock Auto. I looked up steam port, steam line, steam vent, vapor vent, vapor line, and probably half a dozen other names and came up with nothing. Turns out they have them listed as "coolant bypass seals".
