Default Carb'd LM7 into 1994 OBS swap questions

Hey everyone,
I have been moochin off of this site for awhile. I have found alot of info to help me with my build. I have ordered alot of stuff and am getting ready to start my OFFICIAL BUILD THREAD, hell yes. I am very excited. Anyway, before I do that I have a few more items to buy but need some help making sure I get the right parts.

This is going to be a LM7 swap into a 1994 OBS with a carb conversion, and retaining my 1994 NON-PWM 4L60E.

Here is what I have now:
Edelbrock Performer RPM Carb'd LS1 Intake manifold
Holley 750cfm double pumper carb
MSD 6LS ignition
Dirty Dingo engine mounts
LT Headers 2" primary's baby (thanks to DBRODS)
(2) SLP Loudmouth mufflers
GM flywheel adapter with longer bolts to use my early 4L60E, thats right a carb with a 4L60E.
Transgo HD2 Shift Kit and Corvette servo

Here is what I need help with:
Will these work the LM7
Oil pressure adaptor: http://www.summitracing.com/parts/ATM-2268/
Temp sensor adaptor: http://www.summitracing.com/parts/ATM-2277/

Also, on the TBI engines like mine does it have a factory return fuel line or no. I plan on using a fuel pressure regulator at around 7 PSI with the factory fuel pump and instead of dead heading the fuel pump and ruining it, I will put in a return line.

I am not going with A/C for now so what do I do with the two heater lines that are off of the LM7 water pump?

As for the trans, has anyone had luck adapting the TPS to the carb, is that all I will need to do?

I am sure I will find more questions, I am probably picking up the LM7 this friday. Thanks for all the help, this site rocks!

Well, for starters, you dont need A/C to run heater hoses. Just run them to the firewall connections for the heater core. Eric L

Yeah, guess I can still run the heater lines, thanks.

What vaccum does the 5.3 with a stock cam pull?

You do have a return fuel line in your truck, both the supply and return line run the driver side frame rail up over the transmission to the rear of the throttle body. The return line is the line that is absent of the filter.

As far as the transmission goes... I have seen TPS that you can install on a Carb. I can't remember correctly at this hour but I have seen standalone electronic transmission controllers.

I made a TPS off a 91 TBI work with my FAST EX TCU, I'm driving it right now...lol. 2002 4l60, works great for a daily driver, look at my profile and search my swap thread.

Sweet, so if I have any troubles with the TPS then I know who to ask, thanks. Are the 1991 to 1994 TPS sensors the same? Any reason you used a 91?
