Default cam advice

My 4.8 with 5.3 heads fresh stock rebuild rings,mains and caps and a edelbrock 600 cfm I want a mid range cam so can anyone tell me what cam and springs I should get thanks in advance I do not have power brakes so I am not worried about vaccum also I have a turbo 350 and 3.90 gears in the rear of a car that weighs 2300 and I want a lumpy sounding cam

That engine will enjoy keeping torque, so something in the low 220s, as close to .600 lift on a 110ish LSA. This is where edelbfock needs a mid cam between the 2215 and 2216.
