Setting up for carb
So i scored a lq9 6.0 , I'm going to drop it into my 1966 chevy II nova , it had a BBC 427 with a glide 4.11,two stage nitrous plate system, full MSD electronics (7AL2,timing computer, two step, etc.) , the front suspension has been updated with a mustang II suspension, rack & pinion. I have a few questions ,if anyone can help ,much appreciated .
1. motor mount adapters and motor mounts , what do I use as far as set back ,I want to retain glide in stock location ?
2. intake ?
3. computer? I don't plan on using the stock set up and EFI.
4. flexplate? due to glide early trans
These are just for starts ,I know there'll be more ,thanks.

Adapter plates from hooker are perfect. The 1 inch set backs. They sit in the stock location and will drop down a touch and you can use the mounts that were on the big block bolted to them.
The installe depends on converter and cam as well as intended use.
The trams should be able to bolt to the 6 liter and use the 6 liter flex plate and spacer perfectly.
The MSD ignitions will take care of you for a few hundred bucks,. Have you read the FAQ sticky yet? Plenty of answers in there.

I like the Dirty Dingo Mounts, They are adjustable for engine placement.
My most common combo is the MSD 6010 with a Vic Junior.
You can either run the TCI Adapter Flexplate kit, which is SFI Approved.
The cheaper option is using a GM Spacer with the GM Longer bolts.
PM me for prices if needed; everything for this swap is pretty straight forward.
