Secondary fueling question
I have been testing the car out, changing timing and jetting trying to get her where I want it. the car runs great once its in power, but as soon as I give it WOT from either a dig or a roll, the carb stumbles for a second, then comes alive real well.
I dropped in some bigger squirters, i think im at .045 rear and .37 fronts (or something close to that) and it still has the problem, but not as bad. So I ordered some new squirters (.045"/0.52") and a 50cc accelerator pump kit. but I actually received a 75cc accelerator pump kit. so I figured ill go ahead and try it out since im on e85 anyway. I just hope im chasing the right problem and im not just throwing parts at it and hoping for my secondaries to come alive. its a holley ultra hp 850 E85 carb on a 383 12.1CR LS1.
My question is, what size primary/secondary jets, discharge nozzles and accelerator pumps are you guys with similar setups using?
