Default Fuel treatments?

Do any of you carb guys use fuel treatments to help prevent the **** that's in fuel these days from clogging up your carb'd ls's?
I read in another post that there could possibly be 5-10 percent more alcohol added to our fuel if they changed law.....

No and no issues yet that I have found.

Adding more alcohol to the pump gas does nothing for me but make me use more fuel due to inefficiency.

I've had a carb'd LS running for 8+ years now and zero issues with fuel.

The alcohol helps keep things clean. That can lead to problems with clogged fuel filters from stuff busting loose from old tanks, but once the 40 year old crud is cleaned up all is good. I've also read it can attack some of the older carb rubber/plastic pieces but the Holley I bought a decade ago has had no issues.

That's reassuring, planning on a carb build here soon.
