Default 1998 ss

So im looking into getting an ss we found one locally. 98 ss 95 k miles. Looks beautiful has a dent in the rear quarter right by the bumper but other than that looks great. interior is great besides a rip in the drivers seat. Clutch feels stiff and drives great needs new tires in rear (315/35's). He wants 7500. Is that a pretty good deeal?

Its all stock besides exhaust gauges and hurst short throw. and Rims
