Default 88 camaro power windows no worky

Power windowdont work got new motors and plugged em in just to see if they work before install, well they dont. Checked the connector with volt meter and it reads 00.1 doesnt seem right any ideas before i tear it down and start checkin the wires?

No one? Ok runnin through wires and only ? is what is the big Pink one? Another ground cus i didnt get any power outta it and it has been spliced b4 i found a spot under the dash by the fuse box where someone cut it then put back together, but what is it?

yes , check to see if you have power coming from switch by pressing switch in up or down position, key in run position. Do you have 11-12 volts at either wire at the window motor?. If not, remove either switch and check for 11-12volts on ( I believe from the top of my head) pink or orange wire. Do you have it? If not , look at underdash fuse panel and see if you have anything plugged in at "pwr wndow"
slot. It should be a silver small box that is a circuit breaker , not a fuse.

Thanks a ton, i just figured out all the wires on my own and did everything u said before i got to read this so to my understanding all that is left is a stupid fuse or circuit breaker as u say, thanks a lot again. Pete

WTF Over! OK the fuse has been replaced and still no power but it is makin a clickin noise every 30 seconds or so and the volt meter will flash a little bit showin some sign of life but only when it clicks other than that its dead what does this mean

Still dont know why the circuit breakers just click every 30 seconds and no power
