Default future value of our cars

Where do you see the value of our cars going as they reach 10-20+ years old? what factors will make them more valuable in the future market? low miles? originality?

I don't ever plan on selling mar car. but it's got 22xxx miles now, i'm hoping to average no more than about 2,500 miles in the coming years. so if things go to plan, i'll only have about 50,000 miles on her when she turns 20.

I personally don't think they will as collectable as earlier Camaros, reason being all Z28's and SS's came with the same motor. There was no big block or special order engine. That being said, my 01 SS car has 13,000 miles and I am modding it. Enjoy it while I can.

X2^^ Unless its a rare optioned car like a 1LE and with low miles i dont see the values going through the roof. Now as the years go by its gonna get harder and harder to find one in good shape....so i guess we'll see

High miles and molested F-bodies will be dime a dozen. Already happening to them. These will always been cheap in price.

With that said I see the ultra clean (stock or properly modded) and lower mileage F-bodies will still retain value. I can even see a possibility of said cars gaining some value as they will be harder to come by. GMMG built cars will raise in value and be the most desired in my opinion.

4th gen's I think will get the same fate as a 3rd gen.

Its the special models that will gain the most, but the regulars I highly doubt they will be valuable in away however they will be a hot for future project cars cheap.

In another 5 years you can pickup an LT1 or LS1 car probably for less than $2000 like you can with a 3rd gen today. I can't wait!
