Default 2002 Camaro replace coolant

I'm headed out to the parts store to get replacement heater fittings after one sprang a ridiculous leak a couple of days ago.

Can't remember when the system was last officially flushed & filled, but it's had a slow, invisible leak for a long time so I've often had to add antifreeze. [Here's hoping that the slow, invisible leak was in the now-destroyed plastic elbow.]

Now that the entire system IS flushed, should I refill it with the original DexCool coolant? I've been using the "safe to add to any color" standard antifreeze for eons.
