Default couple of rebuild questions

i recently inherited a 99 ss camaro with the t56. it needs a few things before it is running again. it had sat for about 5 years before it brought it to my garage. i was able to spin the crankshaft and the engine turns. i have begun to clean out the fuel lines and empty the tank and i think the fuel pump is bad. i turned the key on and did not hear anything coming from in the tank. when i pressed the shcrader valve the fuel kind of dribbled out, no pressure, but when i pulled the fuel injectors out the fuel rails were full. anyone have any trouble shooting advice before i suspect the fuel pump? second question, can i run an inline fuel pump with out removing the in tank one?

also a few parts i am looking for if anyone has any extras.

LS1 MAF
drivers side window/lock switch and trim
t-top shade inserts
window motors
hatch lift supports.

thanks any advice is appreciated.
