Default Need some help please , its groundhog day!

Hello ! I have a 2001 Camaro 3.8 automatic that has been driving me nuts. It cranks but no spark I have fuel pressure I have tested the all the sensors and I am getting the signals to the control module , I am also getting a good ground and 12v of power to the module , but when I crank the engine over I get less than 1v off of the blade that powers the coil . I replaced the module and that didn't fix it , and I didn't think replacing the crank or camshaft position sensor would fix it but I replaced them anyway , then I check every wire from one end to the other with a dmm for a broken wire and it was fine. I replaced the pcm with a new one and nothing changed, so then I thought it was a bcm issue maybe I was running out of ideas and still the same no spark! I even had a GM mechanic come over and he spent 3 1/2 hours testing things and checking stuff out and he couldn't figure it out.
